Queensland residents draws to the attention of the House that the majority of people in the Division of Hill have to travel long distances to the main sporting complex in Atherton, as their towns lack sporting and recreational facilities. Part of the infrastructure in this sporting complex was demolished on the 16th July 2019, due to the inadequate support and maintenance of this facility.
