TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland

Queensland residents draws to the attention of the House the need for immediate action to solve the parking issues in and around the northside community of Nundah, particularly at the Nundah train station. We are calling for a safe, central and convenient facility for commuters to park their cars and transfer to public transport to minimise the parking demand on our local streets and school communities.

Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to work with the Brisbane City Council to provide a new facility for the fast-growing area of Nundah before parking becomes unmanageable.
