Electors of the Division of Burnett draws to the attention of the House the following: South Kolan police station is only manned by two officers who cover the distance of 43 km to the south being Childers, 26km to the east being Bundaberg East, 70km north to Rosedale and 23km west to Gin Gin. 

Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to do all in its power to cause consideration of a staffing increase by two officers as well as an administrative staff member so that people can access face to face assistance when needed in our rural areas.
