Queensland citizens draws to the attention of the House KPMG wrote a Shark Control Program Evaluation Report for the government which our government is ignoring. The report calls for transitioning away from harmful practices such as shark nets and drum lines and suggested removing nets during whale season.

Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to do all in its power to stop any new shark net or drum line plans and follow the KPMG report.
