Queensland residents draws to the attention of the House that Allianz Australia Insurance Limited (Allianz) has pleaded guilty to six criminal charges laid by ASIC of making false or misleading statements (22-144MR).
Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to do all in its power to remove Allianz Australia as a compulsory third party (CTP) insurer under the Motor Accident Insurance Commission (MAIC) insurer option for vehicle registration.
