The petition of residents of the State of Queensland draws to the attention of the House that residents of manufactured home parks, where the park owner on-sells electricity to residents, are not entitled to access the Queensland Government Solar Bonus Scheme.  Many residents have invested in renewable energy to reduce their carbon footprint and contribute to solar power generation.

Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to extend the Solar Bonus Scheme to residents of manufactured home parks where electricity is on-sold by park owners.
