Terms of Reference
The committee requests briefings from Departments and agencies within its area of portfolio responsibility. The briefings contribute to the committee’s knowledge and consideration of the portfolio areas for which it is responsible, including public accounts and public works matters.
The committee considers the annual reports of portfolio agencies under section 94(1) of the Parliament of Queensland Act 2001.
