Oversight of the Family Responsibilities Commission

The committee formerly held statutory oversight responsibilities in relation to the Family Responsibilities Commission. From 21 May 2020, these responsibilities, as set out under the Family Responsibilities Commission Act 2008, were transferred to the Legal Affairs and Community Safety Committee (LASC).
