Referral
On 11 October 2011 the Legislative Assembly, on the motion of Hon Paul Lucas MP, Attorney-General, Minister for Local Government and Special Minister of State, resolved that the Sustainable Planning and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2011 be referred to the Transport, Local Government and Infrastructure Committee.
The Bill
The Bill amends several Acts including the Animal Management (Cats and Dogs) Act 2008, the Building Act 1975, the Coastal Protection and Management Act 1995, the Local Government Act 2009, the Plumbing and Drainage Act 2002, the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 and the Urban Land Development Authority Act 2007.
