Attendance Rates Review 2014

This review followed on from the committee’s consideration in 2012 of Auditor-General’s Report number 1 for 2012 entitled Improving student attendance. In its report back to the Queensland Parliament, the committee advised that it intended to review attendance rates again in 2014 to see what changes might have occurred since the 2012 reports were completed.

The committee determined initial terms of reference to guide its review and these were subject to revision as the review progressed. There was a relatively short time frame for the review. The committee has determined it will not seek public submissions in respect of the review of attendance rates.
