Matter of privilege referred by the Speaker on 22 November 2019 relating to an alleged failure to register an interest in the Register of Members’ Interest and an allegation of non-compliance with Standing Order 262
On the dissolution of the 56th Parliament the Ethics Committee of that parliament was dissolved and its inquiries lapsed. The Ethics Committee of the 57th Parliament resolved not to continue this matter and made a statement to the House to this effect.
