Matter of privilege referred by the Speaker on 8 September 2020 relating to an alleged deliberate misleading of the House by a Member
On the dissolution of the 56th Parliament the Ethics Committee of that parliament was dissolved and its inquiries lapsed. The Ethics Committee of the 57th Parliament resolved not to continue this matter and made a statement to the House to this effect.
