The petition of residents of the State of Queensland draws to the attention of the House the need for a footpath from RSL Care - Fairview Retirement Community 2573-2603 Moggill Road Pinjarra Hills 4069 to the new shopping centre being built at the old CSIRO development 2643 Moggill Road Pinjarra Hills 4069.
This footpath would give safe access for the elderly residents of Fairview to walk to the shopping centre. Many of these residents use mobility aides when walking and a footpath would give them a safer journey.
Your petitioners therefore request the House to install a cement footpath at this location.
