Queensland residents draws to the attention of the House the lack of public toilet facilities in the vicinity of Mt Coolum National Park. Visitors are experiencing lack of parking, especially during weekends and holidays, and lack of public amenities, which is negatively impacting on local residents and the environment.

Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to ask the Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service to provide public toilet facilities and to work with the Sunshine Coast Council to find better parking solutions for visitors to the popular Mt Coolum National Park.
