Queensland citizens draws to the attention of the House Tingalpa Creek has been identified as having one of the highest number of damaged/abandoned vessels in South-East Queensland. This increasing problem is damaging a protected fish habitat, is a risk to public safety and is setting a dangerous precedent.

Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to remove all dumped and abandoned vessels from Tingalpa Creek.
