TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland

The petition of residents of the State of Queensland draws to the attention of the House the increasingly unacceptable traffic congestion on Riverway Drive. Peak times are now a nightmare for Upper Ross residents. Continued development has put additional pressure on the present road network. For the safety of road users, action must be taken now to ease traffic congestion on Riverway Drive.

Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to implement measures to address the traffic congestion on Riverway Drive as a matter of priority.
