Queensland residents draws to the attention of the House the lack of universal access to the Graceville, Chelmer and Sherwood railway stations even though 1. the last two censuses reveal a 10% increase in the number of children in prams being taken to railway platforms; 2. many people with bags use the railway to travel to the airport; 3. we are a community with an increasingly elderly population who would still like to use the railway.

Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to provide funds to upgrade the Graceville, Chelmer and Sherwood railway stations to give universal access.
