TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland

Electors of Lytton draws to the attention of the House the proposed plan by the Port of Brisbane to change land use classifications to allow to fill in a 12 hectare lake and environmental zone which has a wide range of bird species in existence on the site.

Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to not allow the proposal and/or changes to the Port of Brisbane Land Use Plan 2010 which would destroy the unique ecosystem in the Lytton Electorate.
