TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland
Queensland residents draws to the attention of the House the need to retain plans for a safe bicycle path alongside the highway from Richlands to Springfield, linked to the existing Centenary Bikeway.
Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to:
1. Fund a bikeway at the same time as the proposed widening of the Centenary Highway (Richlands to Springfield) and
2. Retain a transport corridor for cycling at the above location.
