TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland

Queensland residents draws to the attention of the House the failure to repeal 'non-violent homosexual advance' from the ambit of evidence considered in establishing whether the partial defence of provocation is justified in murder cases.

Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to pass legislation eliminating completely 'non-violent homosexual advance' from the ambit of evidence considered in establishing if the partial defence of provocation is justified in cases involving murder.
