TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland
Queensland residents draws to the attention of the House the high level of community concern as to the financial sustainability of the Scenic Rim Regional Council due to its limited ratepayer base.
Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to include the Greater Flagstone Development into the Scenic Rim Regional Council local government boundaries to increase the ratepayer base and create a financially sustainable council.
