TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland

The petition of citizens of Queensland draws to the attention of the House that the Fraser Coast Regional Council does not properly exercise its jurisdiction of local government and has seriously and continuously breached its duties and responsibilities.

Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to totally dissolve the Fraser Coast Regional Council, both the elected members and the administration.  We, the undersigned have no confidence in the council and the CEO's administration.  We therefore wish to terminate the employment of the Chief Executive Officer and call for a by-election and the appointment of an Administrator.
