Overflow patients from hospital emergency, need to find our medical centre which serves the Mudgeeraba Division: Mudgeeraba, Robina, Merrimac, Carrara, day and night. Action of the Riverwalk Place Body Corporate Committee causes demise of duty of care to the public by our medical centre.2. Discriminative restriction of use of the common parking by patients in front of our medical centre by the Riverwalk Place Body Corporate.Your petitioners therefore request the House to:1. Allow urgent medical light signs for patients after dark.2. Stop discrimination against visiting patients in the common visitor car park.
