To the Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland. The Petition of electors of the Division of Mulgrave draws to the attention of the House to the lack of safe access across the Bruce Highway from the Business Centre of Babinda township to residences and services on the eastern side of the road/rail corridor.
Your petitioners therefore request the House to initiate the installation of regulated traffic lights at the Munro Street/Bruce Highway intersection to enable residents ongoing safe access.
