TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland
'The petition of citizens of Queensland, draws to the attention of the House the proposed changes relating to the Education (General Provisions) Bill 2006 will erode the standing of religion in Queensland to the social, moral and spiritual detriment of this State.
Your petitioners therefore request Government at all levels to take such action so as to not pass this proposed Bill but to leave the existing Bill as it stands.
