The Petition of the citizens of Queensland draws to the attention of the house the ongoing inadequate dental services at the Ingham Hospital has been distressing for residents of the Herbert River District. Constituents could be placed on a waiting list that has blown out to four years.
Your petitioners therefore request the House to direct the Minister for Health to urgently address the issue and provide a permanent full time dentist at the Ingham Hospital to allow residents access to satisfactory dental services.
