The petition of residents of the State of Queensland draws to the attention of the House the lack of early assessment of the social and environmental impacts of Option A for the proposed Eastern Busway. These impacts are extremely high and have been overlooked.

Your petitioners therefore request the House to immediately remove Option A from the Eastern Busway option assessment process.
