The petition of citizens of Queensland draws to the attention of the House the behaviour of the National Trust of Queensland.
Your petitioners therefore request the House to immediately call on the Government to reassess the National Trust of Queensland Act 1963 to assure that the Trust can no longer sell properties without consulting a magistrate.
