The Petition of residents of the state of Queensland draws the attention of the House to the opposition of proposed modifications by Department of Main Roads to intersections at Tooloona St and Kitchener St, Tugun.
They believe the modifications will further deteriorate the current congestion of traffic in the area, in particular the residential streets of Wyberba St, O'Connor St, Kitchener St, Coolangatta Rd, Cabarita Av, Station St and Aitken St.
