The Petition of residents of the State of Queensland draws to the attention of the House councillors must not have any real estate or property development business alliances to be elected to councils in Queensland.

Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to pass legislation to prevent persons with any association to real estate or property development to be eligible for election to any Queensland council.
