TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland

Queensland citizens draws to the attention of the House the International Court of Justice’s findings that Palestinians in Gaza had plausible rights under the Genocide convention, there are real risks of irreparable damage to Palestinians and Israel should take steps to prevent genocide from occurring while these critical issues remain in question.

Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to condemn the actions in Gaza that place Palestinians at risk of Genocide and irreparable damage.
