Queensland residents draws to the attention of the House the cost of renting properties in Queensland has become a massive drain on the ordinary people living in Queensland. Limiting rent to 25% of the renter’s income will be marvellous for the people and the economy.

Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to legislate to limit rent to 25% of the renter’s income.
