TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland
The petition of citizens of Queensland, draws to the attention of the House, that the Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service do not have total control of access and usage of Nine Mile Beach from Stockyard Point on the North to the Boundary of Beach area on the National Park on the South.
Your petitioners therefore request the House to allow citizens to continue to use this area for camping and recreational activities all year.
