The petition of residents of the State of Queensland draws to the attention of the House community opposition to the proposed disability upgrade of Corinda Railway Station which would see the existing ramps replaced with stairs. The petitioners therefore request the House to ensure that the State Government acknowledges the concerns of local residents who oppose the removal of the ramps and amends the plans for the upgrade to leave the ramps as they are.
