The petition of residents of the State of Queensland draws the attention of the House to acknowledge our support for the continuance of Harness Racing at the Redcliffe Peninsula Harness Racing and Sporting Club on a Friday night through the 2003-2004 financial year.
Your petitioners therefore request that the Queensland Harness Racing Board be instructed to allow the Redcliffe Peninsula Harness Racing and Sporting Club to continue to be the venue for Friday night Harness Racing in South East Queensland throughout the 2003-2004 financial year.
