To the Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland The petition of residents of the State of Queensland who are grievously concerned for the safety of motorists travelling the Gore Highway in the vicinity of Westbrook at the Ferguson Road, Althouse Road and Westbrook Road intersections.
Your petitioners therefore request the House to take immediate steps to ensure the safety of travellers by ordering the installation of appropriate slip lanes, turning lanes etc at the abovementioned intersections.
