The petition of electors of the Electorate of Nanango draws to the attention of the House concerns raised by golf buggy owners in the township of Toogoolawah that their application permits to drive their golf buggies from their homes to the local Toogoolawah Golf Course have not been allowed.

Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to help achieve a resolution which allows buggy owners who have their routes approved by Somerset Regional Council and which are conditionally registered) to be allowed to drive their golf buggies from their homes to the Toogoolawah Golf course.
