Queensland citizens draws to the attention of the House that Primary Industries and Fisheries plan to terminate the position of Principal Industry Development Officer (Horses) which is currently the Industry’s principle means of direct access to Government. Your petitioners therefore request the House to continue to support, develop and protect the State’s valuable horse industry and associated rural and retail industries through Primary Industries and Fisheries maintaining the position of Principal Industry Development Officer (Horses).
