TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland
This petition from the residents of Queensland draws the attention of the House to: The undemocratic abolition of local Shire Councils, through the dictatorial abuse of the "Parliamentary Powers" by the Queensland State Government In doing so, has taken away our immemorial rights as covered by common law, thereby relinquishing the private rate payers ownership of their local Shire Councils by stealth. Your Petitioners loss of confidence in the Government, therefore ask the House to "Pro-rogue/Dissolve the rogue Government of Queensland" over the above matter, and to repeal the recent act that covers the "Forced Amalgamation of local councils".
