TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland
Queensland residents draws to the attention of the House the level of traffic noise from the Bruce Highway affecting adjoining residential properties in Sippy Downs.
Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to call on the Minister for Transport and Main Roads, to install noise abatement barriers along Bellflower Road extending to Ashburton Crescent, in Sippy Downs, to mitigate the high level of traffic noise.
