Electors of Mundingburra draws to the attention of the House that urgent attention is given to the construction of a school hall to accommodate the student population of William Ross State High School.

The school has been seeking a school hall, enclosed and air conditioned, to address immediate student needs in all areas of sporting (sunsafety), assemblies, examinations and extracurricular events for over 8 years now.

Your petitioners, therefore, request the House do all in its power to ensure the approval of immediate construction. With the continued growth rate over the past years and current student numbers we will need the hall in order to facilitate daily student activities and for the expected growth at the start of schooling in 2022.
