The petition of the residents of the State of Queensland and residents of ‘The Village Redcliffe’ Retirement Village, 33-101 Buchanan Street, Rothwell, 4022, in the State Electorate of Murrumba, draws to the attention of the House in relation to the leniency of the Juvenile Justice System.
Your petitioners therefore request the House to review and toughen State laws in relation to the conduct of and consequences for criminal actions and behaviour of Juvenile Offenders in the State of Queensland.
