Queensland citizens draws to the attention of the House serious public concerns over the function, operations, transparency and compliance with the Local Government Act of the Fraser Coast Regional Council. 

Your petitioners therefore request the House to compel the Department of Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning to release all reports into the Fraser Coast Regional Council since its creation though amalgamation including (but not limited to) all reports by advisers to the council appointed by Department of Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning and any independent or third party reports.
