TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland
Electors of the Division of Lytton draws to the attention of the House the current restrictions of public access on the William Gunn Jetty in Manly and other jetties in Queensland.
Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to direct the Minister for Transport and Main Roads, seeking an exemption to allow Queenslanders the ability to access public jetties for recreational fishing.
