TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland
Queensland residents draws to the attention of the House the increasing traffic congestion on Cleveland-Redland Bay Road as it is the only main road to the southern end of the city. This road is not coping with large volumes of traffic which will only increase with population expansion.
Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to consider as a matter of urgency the upgrading to dual lanes on Cleveland-Redland Bay Road from German Church Road north to South Street, Cleveland.
