The petition of electors of the Division of Toowoomba North draws to the attention of the House to an application for a Liquor Licence, Extension of Trading and an Adult Entertainment Permit at 368 Ruthven Street (Cnr Russell Street), Toowoomba.

If the Application is granted it will cause undue annoyance, disturbance or inconvenience to persons who reside, work or do business in the locality concerned, or to persons in, or travelling to or from, an existing or proposed place of public worship, hospital, school or other facility or place regularly frequented by children for cultural or recreational activities.

Your petitioners therefore request the House to refuse the LA Showgirls Application for a Liquor Licence, Approved Extended Trading Hours and an Annual Adult Entertainment Permit at Ground Floor, 368 Ruthven Street (Cnr Russell Street), Toowoomba.
