TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland
Queensland residents draws to the attention of the House that signage for motorists causes confusion around the Oxley Drive, Turana Street and Columbus intersection Coombabah, consistently placing pedestrians in harms way.
Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to move the school zone road markings and signage to north of the said intersection and to install flashing lights upon approach of the school zone.
