The petition of residents of Cooktown in the State of Queensland, electors of the Division of Cook, draws to the attention of the House the condition of the road between Cooktown and Hope Vale.

Your petitioners therefore request the House to upgrade Cooktown Hope Vale Road to an all weather road.
