TO: The Honourable the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland
Queensland citizens draws to the attention of the House that the Townsville City Council has ignored the advice of the Queensland Premier to return to the previous water allocation system immediately, and is continuing to unfairly tax its residents.
Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to instruct the Council to return to the previous system, and investigate the management of the Council.
