Queensland residents draws to the attention of the House that owing to the ever-increasing reputation of Redland Bay, including the impacts of escalating school traffic, the intersection of Giles Road and Cleveland-Redland Bay Road is becoming more dangerous to access and waiting times are increasing. Your petitioners, therefore, request the House to consider the provision of traffic lights to ensure the safety of all users with the utmost urgency and, in the interim, to provide a range of safety measures that will clearly address the concerns raised with the earliest possible time frame.
